Sacred Breadth is currently engaged in an evolving regenerative land project located in Clyde, New York. This site serves as a living expression of the broader principles that guide the studio’s work—offering a place where ecological restoration, design thinking, and land-based practice come together in real time.
The property is being approached as a long-term, adaptive landscape system, shaped by observation, soil conditions, water movement, and the existing ecological patterns of the site. Rather than imposing a fixed design, the work follows a responsive process that allows the land itself to guide each stage of development.
Current efforts focus on soil restoration, biodiversity support, native and medicinal planting systems, and small-scale ecological cultivation practices. These elements are being introduced gradually, allowing the site to evolve with stability and ecological coherence.
This project also serves as a testing ground for broader regenerative principles, including habitat support, pollinator systems, composting cycles, and long-term land stewardship strategies. Each layer of work contributes to the gradual rebuilding of a resilient and self-sustaining landscape.
While still in development, the Clyde site reflects an important aspect of Sacred Breadth’s ongoing practice: the understanding that landscapes are not finished products, but living systems that continue to evolve over time through care, observation, and relationship to place.
This project is open to collaboration, inquiry, and engagement from those interested in regenerative land practices and ecological design approaches in real-world conditions.
